Important Information Before Booking
Please note the following before booking your desert safari:
- Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
- Pregnant ladies, people with back problems, and children under 3 years are not recommended for the Desert Safari trip.
- Senior citizens with heart conditions are not advisable for the Desert Safari trip.
- Seats are not pre-allocated and are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of a booking must be made at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled trip.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the tour departure time, 100% charges will apply and no refund will be issued.
- If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
